It seems the makeout session from earlier has been cut short thanks to an intrusion by Mr. Protective-Older-Brother. You can clearly see how pissed Byakuya's eyes look.
EDIT: On closer inspection, I think Byakuya should probably be holding the sword upside-down since that's how he does his bankai. |
